Terms of Service

These terms cover orders placed with Gagacrafted, based in Dieppe, New Brunswick. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Prices on this site are starting points. Your final price depends on stitch count, garment type, design complexity, and quantity, and we always confirm it in writing before we start production.
Approval and production
We send a visual proof before we start. Nothing goes into production until you approve it in writing. A deposit is due on approval for most orders.
Turnaround
Most orders are ready in 5–7 business days from approval. Turnaround can vary with order size and season, and we'll tell you if a specific date isn't realistic.
Your artwork
You keep ownership of any design or logo you send us. By sending it, you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it reproduced. We may photograph finished pieces for our own portfolio and social media unless you ask us not to.
Garments you supply
If you supply your own blank garments for us to decorate, we're not responsible for defects in the garment itself, only for the work we do on it.
Liability
Gagacrafted's responsibility for any order is limited to correcting or reproducing the work, or refunding what you paid for it, whichever we determine is fair. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, like a missed event date, beyond that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.
